BIBLE LESSONS:

The Anti-Christ and False Prophet: Are they here now?

Has the foundation been laid for the one world government?

The Bible reveals that there will come a man which will be a political leader that the Bible refers to as the anti-Christ. He’s called the anti-Christ because, he’s anti Christ. He will have a partner, like a vice president which in Rev. ch. 13 & 19 is called the False Prophet, that’s a religious leader that will head up all the world religions bringing them under one umbrella. He’s called the False Prophet because he will turn out to be an apostate Christian that will not hold to the teachings of the Bible. He will promote things that according to the Bible are false.

One of the prophecies you can read or hear in the news today is the constant talk about open borders, Globalization, about a one world government with one man to be the head. Daniel and Revelation tell us that there will indeed be a one world government, the 10 toes of the statue from Daniel chapter 2 and the 10 horns from Daniel chapter 7 and Revelation chapters 12, 13 and 17. The phrase anti-Christ is Biblical.

1 John 2: 18 Dear children, this is the last hour; and as you have heard that the antichrist is coming, even now many antichrists have come. …. 22 Who is the liar? It is whoever denies that Jesus is the Christ. Such a person is the antichrist—denying the Father and the Son. 23 No one who denies the Son has the Father; whoever acknowledges the Son has the Father also.

Daniel prophesied of the anti-Christ.

Dan. 7: 25 He (the anti-Christ) will speak against the Most High and oppress his holy people and try to change the set times and the laws.

Dan. 9: 27 He (the anti-Christ) will confirm a covenant with many for one 'seven.'  In the middle of the 'seven' he will put an end to sacrifice and offering. And on a wing of the temple he will set up an abomination that causes desolation, until the end that is decreed is poured out on him. .. (One seven is 7 years. This is the 7 years of the tribulation). We see in the middle of the tribulation the anti-Christ will put an end to sacrifice and offering and will enter the Temple causing the abomination that causes desolation.

Dan. 11: 36 “The king (the anti-Christ) will do as he pleases. He will exalt and magnify himself above every god and will say unheard-of things against the God of gods. He will be successful until the time of wrath is completed, for what has been determined must take place. 37 He will show no regard for the gods of his ancestors or for the one desired by women, nor will he regard any god, but will exalt himself above them all.

In Matthew 24 Jesus also prophesied of the coming of the anti-Christ in addressing the abomination of desolation.

Mt. 24: 15 “So when you see standing in the holy place ‘the abomination that causes desolation,’ spoken of through the prophet Daniel—let the reader understand— 23 At that time if anyone says to you, ‘Look, here is the Messiah!’ or, ‘There he is!’ do not believe it.

Paul calls him the man of lawlessness or man of sin. Paul also says he will enter the Temple causing the abomination of desolation.

2 Thes. 2: 3 Don’t let anyone deceive you in any way, for that day(the tribulation) will not come until the rebellion occurs and the man of lawlessness is revealed, the man doomed to destruction. (This is the beginning of the tribulation, the beginning of the judgment against a Christ rejecting world).  4 He will oppose and will exalt himself over everything that is called God or is worshiped, so that he sets himself up in God’s temple, proclaiming himself to be God. (This is the abomination of desolation). ….. 9 The coming of the lawless one will be in accordance with how Satan works. He will use all sorts of displays of power through signs and wonders that serve the lie, 10 and all the ways that wickedness deceives those who are perishing. They perish because they refused to love the truth and so be saved. 11 For this reason God sends them a powerful delusion so that they will believe the lie 12 and so that all will be condemned who have not believed the truth but have delighted in wickedness. (Notice God the Father sends the anti-Christ. This is the beginning of the tribulation, the beginning of his judgment against a Christ rejecting world. Also notice Paul calls him THE lie.)

With the first seal in the 6th chapter of Revelation we see the releasing of the anti-Christ. This is the beginning of the Seven years of the tribulation.

Rev. 6: 1 I watched as the Lamb opened the first of the seven seals. Then I heard one of the four living creatures say in a voice like thunder, “Come!” 2 I looked, and there before me was a white horse! Its rider held a bow, and he was given a crown, and he rode out as a conqueror bent on conquest.

With him riding on a white horse shows his deception, he is on a white horse like we see described with Jesus returning in chapter 19. In Matthew 24 we see Jesus started his Olivet discourse or Sermon on the Mount with “Watch out that no one deceives you". The anti-Christ will claim to be the Messiah; later once Satan has entered him he will claim to be God. He has a crown, which shows him to be as a king, and he goes out as a conqueror bent on conquest. Riding on a white horse was a symbol of a conqueror. And with Daniel ch. 9 v27 telling us that with the peace agreement that the ruler, the anti-Christ gets signed for 7 years, the rider on the white horse is the release of the anti-Christ. We see from Daniel ch. 9 v27 the 7-year count down of the tribulation will start with the signing of the peace agreement between Israel and the so called Palestinian’s and other Islamic nations. This will be when the anti-Christ is revealed. This is the start of the 7 years of the tribulation.

In chapter 13 we again see the anti-Christ mentioned. At this point it is now satan in the man, the anti-Christ. Rev. 13: 5 The beast was given a mouth to utter proud words and blasphemies and to exercise its authority for forty-two months. (42 months is 3 ½ years, the last 3 ½ years of the tribulation) 6 It opened its mouth to blaspheme God, and to slander his name and his dwelling place and those who live in heaven. … This will begin at the midpoint of the tribulation with the abomination of desolation. We also see in chapter 17 satan in the anti-Christ described as an eighth king. 11 The beast who once was, and now is not, is an eighth king. He belongs to the seven and is going to his destruction. This comes from that there's been 6 ruling empires each with a ruler, king over them. The coming one world government will be the 7th ruling empire. The man, the anti-Christ will be the 7th ruling king. Then at the mid-point of the tribulation it will be Satan in the anti-Christ, the 8th king. We see in Revelation chapter 12, 7 Then war broke out in heaven. Michael and his angels fought against the dragon, and the dragon and his angels fought back. 8 But he was not strong enough, and they lost their place in heaven. 9 The great dragon was hurled down—that ancient serpent called the devil, or Satan, who leads the whole world astray. He was hurled to the earth, and his angels with him. … This occurs at the mid-point of the tribulation. We see with Rev. 13 v3 what could be referring to Rome, but is referring to the man that is the anti-Christ. This is when satan enters into the man the anti-Christ. 3 One of the heads of the beast seemed to have had a fatal wound, but the fatal wound had been healed. The whole world was filled with wonder and followed the beast. ... Remember, the man the anti-Christ is the 7th head, 7th king.

The ruling empires,

1. Egypt
2. Assyria
3. Babylon
4. Medo-Persia
5. Greece
6. Rome
7. Future Revived Roman Empire. The 10 horns are placed on this 7th Empire, based upon Daniel 7:19-25. The 10 horns are 10 kings, which arise in the future (Dan. 7:24). These 10 horns are the 10 toes of Daniel chapter 2 and the 10 horns of Daniel and Revelation. This is the kingdom from which the Antichrist will arise. As I mentioned above, the way it is being referred to now is 'open borders'.

The Bible reveals that the conflict between the Muslims and the Jews will continue to get worse; it all will be over Jerusalem, dividing up the land, Joel 3 v1&2 and the existence of Israel as a nation. Psalm 83:4 “Come,” they say, “let us destroy them as a nation, so that Israel’s name is remembered no more.” The leader that gets the peace agreement signed between Israel, the Palestinians and the Islamic nations will turn out to be the one the Bible calls the anti-Christ.

Different Names for the Antichrist

  • "the little horn"--Dan. 7:8

  • "the prince that shall come"--Dan. 9:26

  • "the willful king"--Dan. 11:36

  • "the man of sin"--2 Thess. 2:3

  • "the son of perdition"--2 Thess. 2:3

  • "the lawless one"--2 Thess. 2:8

  • "the beast"--Dan. 7:11, Rev. 11:7, 19:19-20, 20:10

  • "the beast out of the sea"--Rev. 13:1-8 also referring to the one world government, the revived roman empire.

Bible scholars have begun to use the term "the Antichrist" as a collective term to cover all the names.

The Book of Revelation tells us there will be a false prophet. The Antichrist (beast out of the sea) Rev. 13:1, will have a helper, (beast out of the earth), Rev. 13:11, a man called "the false prophet" (Rev. 19:20).

Rev. 13: 11 Then I saw a second beast, coming out of the earth. It had two horns like a lamb, but it spoke like a dragon.

He has two horns like a lamb, which is commonly used to describe Jesus, but here you see he speaks like a dragon, a description for Satan. Rev. 12 v 9 tells us, 9 The great dragon was hurled down—that ancient serpent called the devil, or Satan, who leads the whole world astray. Verse 2 of Rev. 13 tells us the dragon gave the beast(the anti-Christ) his power and his throne and great authority. …. Satan will be the one behind the anti-Christ and false prophet.

This false prophet will cause people all over the world to worship the beast, the Antichrist and will perform great signs, even making fire come down out of heaven to the earth (Rev. 13:12-13). He will cause everyone to receive a mark on his or her right hand or forehead so that no one will be able to buy or sell or even have a job without the mark, the name of the beast or the number of his name (Rev. 13:16-18). Those who take the mark of the beast will eventually be cast into the lake of fire, because in doing so they have denied Jesus (Rev. 14:9-11). The Antichrist and the false prophet will be thrown into the lake of fire at Jesus’ 2nd coming (2 Thess. 2:8, Rev. 19:20).

The false prophet will say there’s more than one way to God, to heaven. That all religions lead to God, to heaven. That all the religions gods are the same as the God of the Bible. Like the god of Islam is the same as the God of the Bible. Jesus is not the God of Islam. The false prophet will say that anyone, even if they don’t believe in God, if they are a good person will get to heaven. But this is not what the Bible tells us. That’s not what Jesus said.

Acts 14:12 Salvation is found in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved.”

John 14: 6 Jesus answered, “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.

During the 7 years of the tribulation, the world will have been divided up into 10 regions. Some believe that the European Union, which will become the revived Roman Empire that Daniel speaks of, would be made up of 10 prominent nations with controlling power that already exist. Well this is truly amazing. When I first heard this I just was amazed. The EU already has the plans in place to divide up the whole world into 10 regions. And this is foretold in the Bible. This is the globalization you here so much talk about. Europe has been talking about it, since 2008 the U.S. has. Today it is being referred to as open borders. This is why you see such a push towards socialism.

These 10 regions, the one world government will already exist before the 2nd half of the tribulation, before Satan enters into the anti-Christ. We see in Daniel chapter 7 verses 8 and 24 that the little horn, Satan in the anti-Christ arises after the 10 horns. I believe after Satan has entered the anti-Christ he’s already gained enough power to appoint kings or someone to be in control of each of these regions, like president’s, just to have them sign their regions over to him. Rev. 17:12. Once this has happened, the anti-Christ, Satan will have control over the whole world. Remember, we also see him described as an eighth king in Rev. 17:11.

The Club of Rome already has plans for the world to be divided up into 10 regions. The countries are divided up as follows:

  1. America, (United States and Canada) and Mexico.

  2. South America

  3. Australia and New Zealand

  4. Western Europe - Russia

  5. Eastern Europe

  6. Japan

  7. South Asia

  8. Central Asia

  9. North Africa and the Middle East

  10. The remainder of Africa

These are the 10 toes of the statue from Daniel chapter 2 and the 10 horns from Daniel chapter 7 and Revelation chapters 12, 13 and 17. The one world government will most likely be established after the rapture during the first half of the tribulation, but it could be established before the tribulation, even before the rapture. It will just become worse after the rapture and even worse during the second half of the tribulation.

Now just try and tell me the Bible isn’t the Word of God.

I’m often asked who I think could be the anti-Christ. Well, there’s too many good candidates that fit the descriptions of the anti-Christ to say. It won’t be known for sure who the anti-Christ is until the signing of the peace agreement between Israel, the so called Palestinians and Islamic nations. But could it be that we have already seen the anti-Christ and the false prophet? Keep your eyes and ears open. With the way everything in the world is falling into place with Bible prophecy it makes you wonder, could it all be about to unfold? Could it actually be now, in our lifetime? Could the catching up of believers in Christ be closer than we actually think?

With the Bible Lessons I explain and go into a lot more detail concerning the Rapture and cover End Time Prophecies of Jesus, Daniel, Ezekiel and the book of Revelation that lead up to Jesus’ 2nd coming. You should learn all you can concerning what the Bible says is coming upon the world so you can share it with your unsaved friends and family. So you can warn them. So they won’t find themselves here during the time of the Tribulation. For our time is short. More importantly they won’t find themselves standing before God the Father as their judge, but will stand before Jesus as their Lord and Savior.

Maranatha, Come Lord Jesus.
